In case you haven't figured it out, when a whale votes, your vote counts for less.
When the farmers, spammers, delegaters for pay, et al, get done taking 'their fair share', the restuvus gets short changed.

Now that the Devs have been centralized, and the centralizer doesn't really need it, shouldn't we get back the ten percent we gave to the coders through the sps?

Why are we paying to develop a chain that belongs to somebody else?
Especially one that the nouveaux riche are maximizing their extraction.
