My Grandma was, and still is, my hero!
She lived her life in constant pain with debilitating arthritis but was still the most positive, upbeat person you would ever meet. I see so much of her in myself and for me, I wouldn’t want it any other way.
She had so many attributes that I admired and wanted in myself.
This is the last photo I have with my grandma back in 2014. She passed away the following year. It’s been almost three years since she died and I miss her everyday. When she died, I was in America and I had this feeling that something was going to happen to her.
I can’t describe it but I just knew she wasn’t going to be with us too much longer. I’d felt like this for a few days when I found out she’d passed away. I was absolutely devastated and this time of year is always difficult. It was her birthday last week and then she passed away at the end of August. She’s always in my thoughts but at this time of year, even more so.
I’m so incredibly grateful for my grandma, she was a beautiful soul who will always have a special place in my heart.
Oh Fran <3 <3 :'( :'( xxxx
