Last night I was playing an new card game, [Sleeping Queens](https://gamewright.com/product/Sleeping-Queens), with some family friends. *It is really fun*. The youngest boy Calvin said, "Let's take these on our trip"!
That made me think of a road trip I took with my family about 10 years ago. We drove to the Oregon coast. One night we were all playing cards in the hotel room and laughing so hard and having a wonderful time.
I still remember this time because my father didn't usually play games with us. That night he did and it was so fun. He joined our games more from then on too.
What a sweet memory of my family being together and especially the fun we had with my father.
