Put your phone and your wallet away at night. The next day you wake up refreshed and ready to start again. If you work in a place where you have to work long hours, you might also try leaving at daybreak. Or you could sleep in at your desk, in your car, or at a friend's house. Remember that it's very easy and effective to overdo things when you don' t have a plan. That's why it takes a long time to get in great shape.
