Introduction

I've been programming in London now for 10 years. I've worked in lots of different teams and have seen what works and what doesn't. I've decided to condense his experiance into a new book. I will be covering mentoring, hiring, developer pshycology and leadership.

I'm writing it with Scrivener and 4thewords
