Mermaids are REAL? You probably still remember this in 2012-2013. YES?

Even Hollywood Celebrities got the attention of this show aired on Animal Planet.

Animal Planet aired a documentary about mermaids in 2012 by interviewing Dr. Paul Robertson then showing evidence of the mermaids' existence.

In 2013, they aired the second part of the show where they showed us another evidence. A group of Oceanographer inspired by the first mermaid evidence aired on Animal Planet took a video underwater while they were in the middle of their work.

While mermaid enthusiasts were talking about it, CNN released a video debunking it. CNN reported, "It was all in the name of entertainment." According to the website Skeptic.com "“Dr. Paul Robertson” was not a scientist at all. He wasn’t even a real person, but an invented television character. The entire program was fake!" So this all turned out to be a hoax.
