- Las metas deben ser específicas y retadoras.
Si las metas son muy fáciles, no motivan. Si las metas son muy difíciles, reducen la autoestima de las personas.
- Es importante establecer metas de aprendizaje.
Si no sabes cómo lograr una meta, primero fijarte la meta de aprender al respecto.
- La autoconfianza juega una papel fundamental.
Hay que confiamos en que podemos lograr nuestras metas, si no, seguramente no las lograremos.
- El enfoque debe estar en el rendimiento y no en el resultado final, ni en el logro de una meta al 100%.
