Here Come 1,000,000 Views of The RFOX VALT Metaverse

Once RedFOX Labs started revving its marketing engine for the VALT metaverse, there was no hitting the brakes!

Did you catch the first VALT trailer that got me all pumped up for the big digital real estate auction happening on September 14? That’s less than 2 weeks away now, you guys!

I can’t be the only one rewatching that video because it just passed 600,000 views on YouTube. Add that to the new RFOX ecosystem explainer video, and we’re talking about more than 900,000 views between them.

Now you know that this article’s title wasn’t clickbait. It’s gonna happen! Might have already by the time you read this.

The CEO was nice enough to hook us up with another update blog covering some specifics of the VALT’s layout. Well, not the whole VALT cause that’s gonna take time to build.

But the new map shows us where each of the different kinds of shops is at. As a bidder for one of the stores, you have 5 different choices in how your shop looks. All shops are made using customizable templates to change color and lighting, but each shop's shape is unique.

With the new map, you can formulate a strategy for where you want your shop to be. Maybe you want to be next to the park, or maybe you want to be right off the train stop. There are also 2 big-name brands with big-ass stores moving into the Callinova quarter that you could buy property next to.

A few more questions came up this week so let’s answer them.

Question 1: What do you get if you win a bid and become a shop owner?

Some of this we already knew, but even more details about the NFT aspect were revealed in the CEO blog. In addition to earning the right to run a potentially profitable digital store, you get a couple of special NFTs with your purchase:

• Mega Moons NFT: There will be lots of events like concerts and tournaments happening in the VALT. The MM NFT lets you into all standard events for 3 years! The VIP experiences cost some extra skrilla.
• SHOP Owner NFT: This acts as your certificate proving you are the owner of a specific shop. Go ahead and sell it, trade it, or lock it up in your digital vault while running your store!

We’re due for a RedFOX ecosystem explainer in between, but another VALT metaverse trailer should launch roughly 2 weeks before the first auction starts.

Question 2: What is the next trailer going to feature?

Oooh, well, they did promise us a 3rd one, didn’t they? Last I heard, the last one will be “game-style” and will come out about a week before the auctions start.

Question 3: Which shop template should I choose?

That one is up to you and your personal style, but I’ll give you my take anyway. Template #3 looks like a big cruise ship that can sail you around through space. That’s my favorite.

Question 4: How can I get the most immersive experience in the VALT?

It’s straightforward but thankfully not a requirement because the good ones cost at least $300. Did you guess? It’s a VR (virtual reality) headset.

Question 5: Is RedFOX Labs still looking for Quartermasters to look after the VALT’s quarters?

Yes! If you think you can qualify as a quartermaster, go ahead and get that application filled out. It won’t be easy, and you’ll want at least one other partner, but the payout potential compensation is gigantic.
