God falls foul of the #metoo movement

This is simply too good. As we’re in the Christmas season, someone had the bright idea to look into the whole story of the birth of Jesus and decided God is guilty if not of outright rape at least of not asking content of the teenage Virgin Mary. That someone, who goes by the name of Eric Sprankle and works as a psychology teacher, published his ‘discovery’ on Twitter.
Even if the Virgin was announced she had been chosen by the Almighty to bear a son and she did agree, according to the guy, God is still guilty of predatory behavior, using his position of power.

I’m not going to go into a theological discussion and I doubt many Christians would bother to take offence from such a stupid idea. What I find truly offensive is the fact that such a guy, this Sprankle dude, is an associate professor to the State University of Minnesota. An idiot who could not come up with anything better to get his 15 minutes of Internet fame *gets a pay check every month and goes by the title of professor. Besides describing himself as a Satanist (!) and listing among his areas of interest the sex industry, this guys teaches psychology who kids who probably pay to hear his… lectures.
I wonder if there’s any way we could place the whole of the US on some sort of quarantine as there’s something seriously wrong with this country…
