Of all the tactics that I've seen to undermine the Second Amendment, I never thought that the Mexican government could step in and try to fuck it up.
Seriously, look up Smith and Wesson v. Mexico. This is about to go to the Supreme Court.
This is also further proof that the rhetoric that PLACCA is complete immunity for gun manufacturers from being sued is a lie.
Basically, the Mexican government filed a lawsuit against almost every American gun manufacturer, worth trillions of dollars, claiming that our gun manufacturers are enabling the drug cartels.
Obviously, this should get thrown out. It needs to get thrown out. This lawsuit could bankrupt every gun manufacturer in the country.
