A un mes del sismo del 19 de septiembre en Ciudad de México, se cuentan aún por miles los niños que aún no retornan al salón de clases. La SEP en varios casos no ha verificado planteles o no entrega el dictamen que posibilite a los alumnos cumplir con su ciclo escolar. Incluyendo el sismo del 7 de septiembre son casi medio millón de alumnos fuera del aula. Reportaje de Carolina Rocha Menocal
