Ingredients:-
- 2 egg.
- 1 chopped onion.
- 2 tbsp milk.
- 2 tbsp butter.
- 1 chopped tomato.
- 2 chopped green chillies.
- 2 tbsp chopped green coriander leaves.
- 2 tbsp grated cheese.
- 1/4 tsp salt.
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper.

Method:-
MAKES 1 SERVINGS.
Mix egg and milk and chopped vegetables in a bowl.
Beat with a beater.
Heat butter in a microwave safe flat dish at 500w for 40 seconds.
Pour in beaten eggs, milk, and vegetables, salt, black pepper powder and microwave at 500w for 3 to 5 minutes.
Sprinkle grated cheese on the top and microwave at 500w for 40 to 60 seconds.
Till the cheese melts.Cheese omelette is ready.
Serve hot with toast and sauce.
