How To Make KHEER (HOME MADE)

Ingredients:-

  • 50g Long Rice
  • 1 ltr Full cream milk
  • 20g Almonds
  • 1 pinch of cardamon powder
  • 20g butter
  • 120g Sugar

Method:-

  • Wash rice and soak 1 haur.
  • take almonds remove skin amd cut into slivers.
  • Boil milk in a kadahi. When the milk come to.
    the boilling.
  • Take a another kadahi heat the butter, add rice
    and cook for 10 minutes till it begins to btown
    lightly.
  • Add the milk and boil, stirring constantly to
    prevent rice from sticking.
  • Simmer the gas, till rice is cooked.
  • Stir well, add the sugar and simmer till milk
    thickens.
  • Add cardamon powder and all raisins and
    almonds
  • Indian famous dish KHEER is ready... Sarve it
