1. WHAT IS MEMORY?
On this Earth, every creature has their own memory, but a human being is the most intelligent animal among all animals. If anything remembers/recall or recognizes what we did in the past this is called Memory.
2.HOW OUR MEMORY WORKS:
Input devices of human being are Five Sensory organs i.e. EYE, NOSE, SKIN, EAR, and TONGUE. The information which enters into our Brain through these input devices. According to our interest, these memories will become either Short Term memories or Long Term memories. Whenever we want to remember anything retrieving from our brain then it will become a memory for us.
3. SOME TECHNIQUES TO IMPROVE MEMORY:
ACTIVE OBSERVATION:
If anything we want to remember more days, we have to keep active observation then only we can recall easily
VISUALIZATION:
Anything that is very complex to remember then by using Mental Images, it is easy to remember because the human brain very well understands Figures than Words.
ASSOCIATION:
By doing associating one thing with another there is no chance of forgetting. For example, if we go to Super Market Body Lotion is associated with Body pain relief oil.
Apart from these, they are some General Hints for Remembering:
Use your sensory organs very well
Relax between time intervals
Always smile on your lips
Be confident in yourself
Prepare some points to remember
Recall and enjoy your past memories
Be attention to what you are doing
Be concentrate don’t disturb
Take time to recall
Anyhow by doing all the techniques, we may forget something in your life. But don’t worry it is a common nature of any human being. If you get nervous then your memory will still get down.
