I would be surprised if Ashwin was left out of the Test team and I doubt that India will go with 3 spinners in England. It's been a dry summer in the UK so far but it's still not the sub-continent. They mat decide to go with Ashwin & Kuldeep with 2 opening bowlers + Pandya. That would give the side a nice balance with both ball & bat
