👨🏼🍳Burgers are a fantastic source of protein, fats, iron and b vitamins. When people think of burgers, they right away think they are bad for you because how many calories they can pack.-
🧠Though, what you don’t realize is that most of the calories and bad stuff comes from the quality of meat (if you’re eating at a fast food place), and the oils they cook the food in. Also, the bun and the toppings, especially the sauce that they pack in your burger is filled with extra calories and unnecessary things.-
💥If you cook your burger at home, and wrap it up, you can turn a delicious meal into a healthy delicious meal that fits your goals.-
📝Ingredients
1️⃣Whole Wheat Wrap.🌯
2️⃣Lettuce, Tomato. 🍅
3️⃣Grilled mushroom, onion, pepper.
4️⃣Dab of Guac 🥑
5️⃣Organic Patty 🍔
6️⃣Drizzle of Hot Sauce.-

👨🏼🍳How to
1️⃣Heat up your skillet with 1 tsp Coconut Oil.
2️⃣Toss your patty in, and season with paprika, fresh ground pepper, and garlic powder.
3️⃣3-5 minutes on each side.
4️⃣While it’s cooking, cut up your veggies.
5️⃣When the burger is done, take it out and put it on a plate. Toss your veggies in.
6️⃣Let those cook and sauté for a couple minutes until they are soft.
7️⃣When they are almost ready, Heat up your whole wheat tortilla in the microwave for 30 seconds.
8️⃣Take it out, and put on your lettuce tomato.
9️⃣Time for the burger and toppings!
