What is Microsoft Excel Worksheet and chart ?

According to the authorities, a part of Microsoft Excel's vast page is called Worksheet. Basically the spreadsheet is the Worksheet. It can be written in many pages as well as on a single sheet, as well as working in different worksheets. Typically, when you open Microsoft Excel, three worksheets are called Worksheet1, Worksheet2 and Worksheet3, and Worksheet1 is ready to work. You can work in that seat by clicking the mouse on the next seat without having to work in that seat.

Generally, different commercial topics such as production, transaction, yearly ratio of income expenditure etc. are made in the form of different charts. These charts can be easily created using the Microsoft Excel program. So at this stage we will discuss how to create charts in Microsoft Excel. Suppose you want to create a chart size of the total shrimp production of 2011, 013, 013 and 2014 of these three districts of Satkhira, Khulna and Bagerhat. In that case, the first annual shrimp production was prepared in a table below

Notice that in the picture above, the table was created according to the yearly ratio of shrimp production.
Now you want to create a column chart according to the yearly shrimp table of shrimp production. In that case, first create a table of annual proportion of shrimp production in the Excel worksheet. 'We will discuss according to the table above for better discussion'. Then select the table completely. Now click on the Insert tab in the Ribbon, you can select from the Charts group by clicking on the chart you want. Click on the column chart as we create the column chart. Then there will be a chart according to table data in the worksheet. See the picture below

If you look at the picture above, you will see three different colors used for three districts, which are indicated on the right of the chart. Blue for Satkhira district, green for Khulna district and green color for Bagerhat district has been used. According to the color in the chart, it can be seen that the rate of production of each district in each district is indicated in the chart.

Chart Design
In the above discussion, we learned how to create charts according to table data. Now if you want to use different designs in the worksheet chart, click on the Chart Tools option on the Ribbon Design tab. From the Chart Style group on the Design tab, you can select the style you like and click on it and use it on the chart. See the picture below
