How to use Recruiters for your Job Search!

When dealing with recruiters make sure they have the following:

  1. Experience in your industry (or the industry you want to go into).
  2. Contacts in your local area (or the area you want to move to).

And, most importantly, listen to them and don't blanket the area/market/industry with your resume (CV).
