I've been slightly depressed lately, and it's been enough blue to keep me off steemit most of the day.
I've been spending most of my free time with my two sons, Daniel and Harvey. They are my biggest joy, and they always put a smile on my face.
Daniel actually pulled out a skateboard today, and jumped on it without me coaching him. This is a big milestone.
Harvey is just so darn cute, and even cuter when he chews on his dirty toes.

I think you are doing the right thing, if you are depressed spend as much time as you can with your kids. They seem to make all of your worries just melt away, especially when you see them having fun and giggling. Their happiness is so infectious.
