He upvoted all of the linked posts.
The letters/numbers/punctuation highlighted by the links forms a string (4nh3p0'h,w74c.31.3) that isn't recognizable in common 1337, which is what the rest of the post is written in.
The task is the goal, not deciphering the string or the relevance of the posts. If the task were as simple as upvoting/resteeming, this would've been won hours ago, so it's not that.
The basic 1337 translation is as follows:
"All Your Followers Are Now Belong To Sweeney
