Last April, the US military detonated "the mother of all bombs" - a GBU-43 / B Military Airborne Blast (MOAB), with 18,000 pounds of explosives - above the ISIS tunnel complex in Afghanistan. It became the first use in the gigantic battle of MOAB, its use in Afghanistan for widespread press attention. In many media comments, GBU-43 / B as the largest non-nuclear weapon in the US arsenal-as powerful as a nuclear weapon developed by the United States. However, it turns out GBU-43 / B is blocked by a larger non-nuclear weapon, the 30,000-pound GBU-57 Massive Ordnance Penetrator (MOP), dubbed by some "father of all bombs" to distinguish it from MOAB. To improve Iran's underground nuclear facilities, GBU-57 is now being prepared for use against North Korea.
"Father of all bombs" initially built Obama to provide the Pentagon with non-nuclear weapons capable of destroying Iran's underground nuclear installation. One such facility, the Fordow nuclear enrichment plant, is in a tunnel complex that sails deep into the side of a mountain. Despite President Obama's eagerly seeking a diplomatic solution to Iran's nuclear ambitions - which ultimately succeeded in 2015, with the adoption of Iran's nuclear agreement, formally known as the Comprehensive Action Plan Together - its military advisor wants to destroy Fordow from the air if it fails GBU - 57 is their answer.

GBU-57 is a giant weighing 30,000 pounds made by Boeing that can penetrate hundreds of meters of rock and concrete before producing more than 5,300 pounds of high explosives. As described by the US Air Force, "the warhead case is made of special high-performance steel steels and the design of large explosive charges while maintaining the integrity of the penetrator box during impact." (You can not make this jargon!) The bomb was so heavy that only one US combat unit-a certified B-2 stealth bomber to spend.
