That is pretty great to see! It seems lowering the recruitment standards last August didn't help, or maybe it did and had they not made the change, perhaps those numbers would be lower.

It's clear those who have assumed false authority and are in abuse of their office have a penchant for war. The people need to stop funding these criminals (stop paying taxes) and stop following orders to fight their wars in mass numbers.

It's good to see some shortfall. Hopefully the trend continues.
