In fact, others seem to be bothering you, but it is not others. It is your own mind.

Meditation is when you are able to control the breath which is the soul force to calm the emotions from running rampant or it can just be living in the exact present moment and observing your thoughts and focusing on your breath to live fully in the NOW because as said, TIME is an illusion and the only time that exists in the YOU-NIVERSE is right now at this particular present moment.

Therefore, at this very precise moment, you are forming your perceived past, present and future all over again which is constantly in the interaction with each other again in the NOW. That is why you want to flow and emit time because TIME spelled backwards is EMIT.

So just flow because the present is the point of power. And the power is not in the past or in the future, but right now at this INSTANT.
