Disipline Your Body

Maintaining greater control over the movement of your body has greater and positive impact over your life. Becoming aware and having control of each of the movements of your organs brings you peace and stability. 

Even sometimes it is advisable to expresses things by moving parts your body, but as required. However, a continuous and uncontrolled body movement is a sign of lack of internal peace. It causes of unease, it distracts the thought patterns and brings physical and emotional pains  

Most of you might not have the habit to observe your body movement or even do not learn why that happens or its effect on your thought, senses and actions. If you lose the ability to control over your body movement, you have no right to do what you want to do rather find yourself doing the opposite. That is poor self control and discipline.  Therefore, pay attention to movement of your hands, fingers, head, eyes, legs…… etc.

Building strong ability to manage movement of your body/organs increases the power to control senses, thought, bad habits even your health status
