Growth Mindset Compared To a Fixed Mindset | Embraces Challenges OR Avoids Challenges

One of the biggest problems I see in the entrepreneurial space and in the world in general is how often people adopt a fixed mindset compared to a growth mindset. One will make you successful in anything you set your mind to and the other will keep you right where you are at.

(GROWTH MINDSET )
Having a GROWTH MINDSET is when you understand no matter who you are, where you are, what you been through and what you are going through, you can accomplish no matter what you set your mind to. You step into the shoes of who you want to become, you are never born to be what you're "supposed" to be..!

According to Dweck, “In a fixed mindset, people believe their basic qualities, like their intelligence or talent, are simply fixed traits. They spend their time documenting their intelligence or talent instead of developing them. They also believe that talent alone creates success—without effort.”
Be cautious what you feed your mind... it's all about a growth mindset. Think smart, work smart.
(Growth mindset) is not just about being positive and open-minded. It’s a foundational belief about personal ability and how that ability is attained. “A growth mindset is when students understand that their abilities can be developed,”
Growth mindset is the answer, adopt it or get lost in the crowd unsuccessful, unhappy, and irresponsible people.

(Embraces challenges )
Create Tomorrow, Don't Maintain Yesterday There’s always a way to deal with life’s many problems. God always makes a way.See Your Challenges As Opportunities.Be Willing To Risk.Focus On Success And opportunities Not Problems.Use Resources Wisely.

(FIXED MINDSET )
It’s a little bit like “nature vs nurture”:
Having a fixed mindset means you believe you are where you are at because it's simply " the way you are, it's how you grew up, and it because your genetics" blah blah blah.

People who have a fixed mindset live within a box, and in that box they only see what they are capable of according to what they identify themselves with. And their identity doesn't change, this is who they are and there is nothing they can improve or change about it.
Having this fixed mindset will keep you where you are at and restrain you from becoming what you can be.Those with a fixed mindset may believe they lack the fundamental ability to succeed and quickly give up when faced with failure Dweck

(Avoids challenges)
It's your ability to be a great problem solver. Your challenges are a gift in the battle to defeat fear. Fear, uncertainty, doubt and instability thrive on our inability or unwillingness to address challenges in our lives and work. Embrace problems, and solve them well, and they lose their power to terrify you.And finally You won’t continue asking questions on Quora like “What is the best way to avoid problems in life?” which certainly is not an easy nut to crack. You wont run away from any situation that demands you and You will start learning from everything you do in life.

SO I SUGGEST altering your mindset from a fixed mindset to a growth, try to be aware if you have this poisonous fixed mindset by analyzing yourself during situations that involve your input. Do you give excuses like "I can't do that because when I grew up I blah blah blah so I can't" or "I don't think I can be successful because it's not in me?' etc. If so, realize you have this fixed mindset
