That definition goes to show that confidence in important in our lives as followers of Christ.
Most often, confidence can be displaced and people who sin tend to have confidence in themselves, a clear indication of pride and arrogance. Were to have confidence in the lord at all times

Conclusion
The Bible lets us know that our confidence come from God an in him shall we be confident for we can only do all things through Christ who strengthens us. Confidence is not something that only the strong willed can possess but all who are followers of Christ.
Far too often Satan seem to wear down believers and make them unsure of their faith, so it is our prayer that you be confident in your faith in Christ. We can find confidence in reading Gods word. It's is powerful and will lead us in the right direction.
