I'm trying to write a series on Decluttering Mindset which I think can help us to bring peace of mind. Also, it can help to change our perspective and let us see the world in a more positive way. I have written six topics till now and today I'm adding another two, which will be my last in this series.
So, let's talk about it!
Spending more time on stuff than involving with life became common. You will notice we are very concerned about our look, what we own, what others have, this and that. The more we spend time on this the less we get time for our real life. Like for our friends or family or even for us. When we own too much stuff, it involves us more to manage them. Less is better, we have to believe in this. And need to shape our life this way. It will help us to connect with life more.
Stuff can't define us as a person. Our social standard comes with so much stuff in our modern life, we occupied with having more day by day. But we need to work on our self-development which can define us as a person. It can be our education or mindful life, anything. Having a beautiful house doesn't make us a nice person, our personality does. So, start to think this way.
Getting out of these silly mindsets should be our first priority. The depth of the impact of these mindsets is huge. It shapes our life,
our behavior, and lifestyle. That's why I'm talking about optimizing what we have rather adding more stuff in our life. Being minimalist, connected with life, living a mindful life can make us a positive person. Not only that it helps to bring peace in our minds. I believe practicing this and incorporating these little changes can help a lot.
I'm practicing minimalism since a year and it helped to organize my life and my priorities in life.
