Mini cheese pie with chocolate and hazelnut
These are not so quick to prepare, but simple and delicious. If you have a little time prepare them and surprise everyone.
Ingredients
15 sandwich-type chocolate cookies
2 tablespoons of hazelnuts, toasted and peeled
2 tablespoons butter, without salt
250gr of cream cheese
3/4 cup of Nutella
1/2 cup of sour cream
2 large eggs
2 tablespoons of sugar
2 tablespoons of chocolate chips
How to prepare mini cheese pie with chocolate and hazelnut
1.- Pre-heat the oven to 180 ° C. Prepare a tray for 12 muffins with saucers and spray them with spray oil.
2.- In a food processor or blender combine the cookies, hazelnuts and butter until you get small crumbs. Divide them between the glasses and, using a flat-bottomed glass, press them all the way down to compact them. Bake for 5 minutes.
3.-While baking, clean the processor and add cream cheese, Nutella, sour cream, eggs and sugar. Blend until smooth. With a spoon, fill the cups until they are close to the top. There may be some left over from the mix. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top and bake for 20 minutes, until fluff and surfaces are slightly cracked. Let them cool a little and remove them from the tray to place them in the freezer for 10 minutes. Serve them slightly cold or at room temperature.
