Hal can create a large minigun which he uses with both hands. He can fire multiple energy shots out of it to keep his enemies at a distance. Some times he uses a gatling gun instead of a minigun, but the purpose is the same.
Fun Fact: In the movie Flop Green Lantern with Ryan Reynolds, the minigun is not so mini, here's a picture of it.
