We should simplify our goals. Our own goals and the goals of society are combined and loaded upon us. We can't really distinguish which of these are artificial targets that we feel obligated, which are our needs. We take each one for no reason and without thinking. This results in three situations.
1. When you set too many targets and try to run for them, you get nowhere. This is a soup of targets that is unpredictable because of your indecision. You expect too much from yourself, and when you can't, you start scolding yourself. Try it until you find yourself. But if spending your life with experimenting, if you start and stop everything, it's very likely that these goals don't belong to you.
2. You create an illusion by constantly visualizing your goals. So you can fool yourself. Life is what you're going through. Not that you decide to live or want to live. You think you're gonna be a better person when you put the new ones on top of all that responsibility and put them on your mind. Just like you thought you'd be happier when you got more stuff.… All these targets make you feel good, but in fact, it's the opposite. When youstand there and think about it, you realize you've done nothing.
3. Don't try to target several targets at the same time. You think of both time and energy as an unlimited source, but the truth is that it is not. As a result, when you suppress your emotions, you give up more quickly. Because when you control yourself, you spend that limited will, and therefore you have no energy for the job that wants the next power, will, and patience.
You have to simplify your goals in order to deal with all of this.
1. Prepare a list of things not to do. The important thing is to know what shouldn't be done. Good managers should aim to make a small number of decisions, not a large number. Put out your goals. Your target really belongs to you? Do you really want to accomplish your goal? A priority target? Will it be worth all the effort you'll spend? Or is it better to spend your limited capital on another goal?
2. Reduce the amount after determining the targets you think you can do. If your target is easier for you, you can start without being too lazy to. Maybe you have the energy to do more, but the amount you reduce will convince your brain. The aim is sustainability.
3. Go ahead. Be motivated by the way you've made it. Don't forget you're trying to make a habit of it. For the habit, continuity is needed, not an intensive pace. It won't be as hard for you as it used to be for you. You will not even stop doing it, it will be indispensable for you.
Promise yourself to achieve your goal and keep it. Be balanced and realize your goals first so that you can help your surroundings. It doesn't matter how slow you go as long as you continue without changing the path.
