Genesis Mining Issues - Silly Answers

As Genesis Lying is now one huge mess, I have several open tickets with their helpdesk.
I understand that they must have a lot of work the last couple of weeks but by providing entirely useless answers they are actually increasing their workload.... and mine...

I have tried to get a straight answer from them on my STEEM payout question but I had to give up. All they know is evasive... I won't bother you with that thread but here are a few other examples of an overworked helpdesk for your entertainment.

#186608 ETC payout
My payout for today of 0.02478519 ETC together with my outstanding balance add up to 0.17282921 ETC which is more than the minimum of 0.15 ETC that is required to initiate a transfer. So why didn't I get my money (again!!!!).

You did not get your payouts because the amounts were too small to be paid out. The min. daily payout is 0.05 ETH, so your amounts to be paid out are now accumulating in your coin balance and will be paid out to you when the amount reaches the min. level required for transfer.
We have decided to increase the minimum daily payout from 0.01 ETH to 0.05 ETH as many small payouts will cause higher fee for the users when sending coins to third party (as of large number of inputs). Also, several web wallets do not allow such small amounts to be received and credited to the user's accounts.
By then, you can check your balanced coins under "Payouts" section on your account, and also, click on the "i" icon will give you additional data.

#209834 DASH payment of 22/7
My payouts for 22/7 are now visible on the payouts page except for DASH, and today the DASH payout of 23/7 was added. I don't know what causes this and what your IT man is doing but it looks as if the DASH payout for 22/7 is missing.

We have been experiencing some technical difficulties in the past few days. As a result, user balances were not shown correctly and the functionality of the website has been reduced.
This is representing a bigger challenge than expected, but our IT Team is currently working on solving the issues. This situation has also forced us to hold payouts since the last 20th of July, but they will be released to your wallets as soon as the situation is stabilized. The payout for the mining day 21st and 22nd are already out. We expect to have everything solved (payouts included) before 31st of July.

We have introduced notice section on our FAQ page next to the contact form which will in the future also post issues and general info that are affecting site performance and customer payouts.

Sorry but I don't understand and I am running out of patience. I wrote that my payout for 22/7 was missing and you just reply that the payments for 21 and 22/7 are already out and think that you have now solved my issue? You haven't! You have only confirmed the issue. Now go and tell your IT kid to do something about it!

Today I finally got my ETC (classic) payout for 22/7. Together with my outstanding balance that would make 0.18187897 ETC which is more than 0.15 and should have been transferred to my wallet. This has not happened, nothing has been transferred. Since you got hacked and I never got hacked despite various attempts, I would say that my money is more safe with me than with you and I therefore urge you to release all funds that you owe me A.S.A.P.

we are sorry to tell you that we do not accept refunds as stated in the clause 4 of your signed agreement. We do not issue refunds also because we have invested your payment in mining infrastructure. Investing in cloud mining is not without risk and we expect our customers to be aware of that and do their own research before purchase.

WTF??? Did my ticket get closed by your ticket-closing-bot? I'm not talking about a refund! How can I explain this in single syllable words, so you might understand? You owe me mining rewards and by not paying out and leaving it on your compromised computers you are increasing the risk of further damage!!!

I keep hoping the same, but as days pass hope gets replaced by doubt.

Seen some of the same replies in the last few days.

I Also think they are sitting on BTC payments for a week now on purpose. They are going to hold the BTC due to customers long enough to have it in Genesis wallet during the split to collect all the the Bitcoin cash. Then "miraculously" they will get caught up with back payments...

But their problems seem to be quite extensive. Not a simple hack, more like general incompetence.

I still haven't been paid a dime and they don't answer my requests. They suck!! Anyone who is still pushing these scammers are just wanting you to sign up using their code. So they can make a buck while you get scammed.

That sounds like Genesis. They are really fucking up big time. I get those same generic and retarded replies. It's almost like they expect us to just fold and accept what ever they say. They aren't even listening to us.

Yes, I got a number of larger than usual payouts too. This completely obscures the daily payouts and so now they start closing tickets telling everything has been paid. You have no way to verify that as long as you are alone.
We should unite.

Mine have stopped again. Think it is just because of the forking. Does anybody know if they are still mining through the fork period, i.e aug 1st - 4th. Also are we sure they are following the main BTC path?

They have posted their ideas on their website. I haven't really looked because I hold a minute amount of BTC. I briefly read through it because I wanted to know what happens to my balanced BTC's, which is in my opinion one of the most important questions they should answer, but of course they do not answer that question. It is just a pile of info that you can find everywhere on the web. Check it out here.

There are probably many miners having the same problems, we should give Genesis a chance to sort things out and if they don't we could unite and yes, file a lawsuit.
