2-3 days ago we received a pay out from Nicehash.
Coinbase notified us of the payment received for our miners.
Now suddenly they have disappeared from Coinbase?
and the transaction is still unconfirmed...
Nicehash has been in communication with us but has no clue whats happening.
Coinbase on the other hand has not been communicative regarding this matter (its been 3 days now)
Confuses me because this is a pretty large company based out of California.
So what is the deal? are they too good to reply to their users...
We had major plans to scale out a build out a mining farm...
But after experiencing this with our partners it still seems like btc is still in a bubble that can easily be popped.

The Helpdesk appears to be seriously understaffed as new members pour in. It is a good company though, so don't worry. I'm sure that they will reply (with delay) to help you resolve this issue.
