8 Scenario Questions

Ministry scenario 1.) Building — How would you compare/contrast building, maintaining momentum, and continuous improvement?

Ministry scenario 2.) Go the extra mile — How do you see the principle of going the extra mile? How do you define it and how do you think you can best convey the importance of that principle to your team? How do you think that you can keep that principle and extra mile spirit flowing through your team on a daily basis?

Ministry scenario 3.) Be humble — You are struggling to get two of the twelve people you are leading to think more about the concept of serving others and learning to benefit the team rather than just learning to benefit themselves. When they are asked what they learned the day before, they are having a hard time with learning in ways that benefit the team. What would you tell them?

Ministry scenario 4.) Set the example — You have told your team over and over that they all need to think and act as if twelve people were watching them and reading their messages to evaluate their work progress daily. Two of them are having a hard time understanding the value of proactive communication and thinking in terms of scale. What would you say to encourage them to think in terms of scale with twelve people watching them? What would you say?

Ministry scenario 5.) Never get discouraged — You are having a hard time with one of the team leaders; you are training them to understand the importance of downtime learning and their team is suffering from his lack of doing it. The team has become stagnant, they are not mastering the idea of enjoying the process, and they are just going through the motions. What do you say to get the team on the same page with downtime learning?

Ministry scenario 6.) Be focused — What do you think is the best way to apply LTD? (LTD = learning - testing - doing)

Ministry scenario 7.) Have attention to detail — How would you personally define the idea of being proactive in communication? What is an example of proactive communication? Can you think of a time when the lack of proactive communication has caused a problem?

Ministry scenario 8.) Be grateful and thankful — You are trying to ensure that your team sees the importance of consistently improving. How do you define continuous improvement, and how do you can get a flow of continuous improvement throughout a team?
