For the potato cocoons, does the chef puree the potato, then squeeze it through a pastry bag to get the fine threadlike appearance?

@gikitiki The raw potatoes are going through a machine and than it is like potato pasta. The raw potato ist than used to warp the prawn into it and after that they are fried.
