What's the best way of getting paid?

Getting paid for doing what you love doing best.

So, this is me. I wouldn't say i am a content writer not to talk of been good at writing great contents but at least i feel the motivation in me as i see my keypad going up and down producing this post. Someone once told me this

"The best business you can do is the business of your talent".

When i was introduced to steemit the motivation for me then was the profit.
Wow!!! How cool it will be making cash just by posting content.

Jeez!!! I'm sure going to post a thousand a day to make great cash...
Mehn!!! I'm made.

And a week, two weeks, a month...time kept flying and i couldn't even post a meaningful content.

Here's the deal; my motivation was placed wrongly. The steem community isn't a gold mine, it isn't some form of greener pasture. It is a community of creative and talented minds who do what they love doing best. Getting paid is secondary. So i say to myself, hey dude! you've got to place the motivation right and enjoy your time here on steemit this great community and hopefully you start seeing some changes.

So my advise to the newbies, GET YOUR MOTIVATION RIGHT....THE STEEM MOTIVATION and for all steemians: What's your motivation?
