The Codfather Part 1 - A Minnowsupportproject story.

The Codfather was born Eduardo Aggredini on the little known Island of Sardiscordinia, he was a smart child born into a poor uneducated family of seaolive growers but went on to form the most famous organised network of minnows the world has ever seen....
The Minnow Mafia!

His childhood was a normal one until his father Backuardo and brother Retardo were slain by a despotic loan shark during the famous fish feuds that had plagued the island during his youth. Desperate to save her remaining son from a certain filleting at the fins of the loan shark Eduardo's mother put him on a boat to America.

He grew up in the tough harbour town of New Sandiscordinia Massachusetts where he found his aggressive nature got him what he wanted and so formed a shoal gang for protection from the larger fish swimming the local waters. One day he was driving around the neighbourhood when he was flagged down and humiliated by a local shark called Bernadino Sandrelli.

Eduardo swore to himself that from that day forward he would never let the small fry of New Sandiscordinia be bullied by the local sharks and decided take the shoal gang to the next level and create a network of protection and support of families now known in the Steemit world as the 'Minnow Mafia' and he vowed revenge on Bernadino.
He recruited friends and associates into the new hierarchical structure of witness, moderator, delegate, greeter and member. The idea was that he would always be protected and supported while being able to protect and support the shoal right down to the lowest level. His closest friends were witnesses and led the groups they were, Coco Cacorleone, Theo Crytodrivo, Brucio Ausbitini and Temo Steemarelli and they in turn recruited their moderators, Giancarlo Muxxarico, Shino Headorrelli (known as Shane) & Sammo Molluscetti

With their gang of delegates and members they had a minnow army of over 2000, the time for revenge had come. Eduardo knew Bernadino would be difficult to track down so he sent he sultry Coco Cacorleone to lure him away from his fellow sharks to a place where a suitable punishment could be meted out. She was going to cook for him!

Sandrelli couldn't resist the invitation and the trap was set. Coco had prepared a meal of lightly battered seal cub on a bed of drugged sea kelp. The Shark was taken in by her sexy small talk and failed to notice she wasn't eating herself, whadda mistakadda make!

As Bernadino Sandrelli was choking on the awful food, Giancarlo Muxxarico slipped from behind the curtain to garrotte the shark and as he took his last breath whispered in his ear "Eduardo Aggredini saysa hello youa fadda bastardo!
The revenge killing started a wave of tit for tat attacks that left beaches of New Sardiscordinia littered with corpses. The New Sardiscordinian police force sided with Bernadinos shark army as they had been bribed with whitebait down the years by Sandrelli. This turn of events was almost devastating to Eduardo and the Minnow Mafia. The biggest blow was the brutal slaying of Sammo Molluscetti as he left the shoals club 'The Minnowsuite' early one morning. This dreadful event prompted Eduardo to finish the war once and for all.

Eduardo or 'The Codfather' as he had become known gathered his most trusted witnesses, moderators & delegates to devise a plan to end the war and after many hours of arguing and debate they devised a plan that would see peace return to New Sardiscordinia. They were to kill all the enemies of the minnows in one day!
THE PLAN WAS SET IN MOTION
Theo Cryptodrivo dealt with the Chief of police by French kissing him to death at a birthday party. By all accounts it took 20 minutes, including flirting.

Shino Headorrelli beat Bernadino's henchman "Hammerhead" to death with a horses head as he slept.

Brucio Ausbitini dressed as a policeman to lure "Thresher" and "Mako" both top members of the Bernadino crew into a trap where he shot them, then turned and posed for the cameras saying....."Mama Mia I'ma loooka gooda ina uniforma cobber"

And finally the ever loyal and hardworking Giancarlo Muxxarico killed the rival gangs consigliere by shooting him in the eye with a ketchup gun.

Peace fianally returned to New Sardiscordinia and the Minnow Mafia moved into legitimate business as The Codfather had always wanted. They opened a new establishment called Discord which minnows flock to to this day. The opening event was the wedding of Coco Cacorleone to Temo Steemarelli.

Although the marriage ended on the honeymoon when he criticisised her cooking.

They are still friends however and you can see them every day in discord.
