Ingredients:
water
1/4 vinegar cup
3 chiles anchos
1 chile mulato
1 chile pasilla
1 garlic
1/4 small onion
salt
can be made of chicken or beef
leaves for mixiote
instructions :
in a hot pan with water and the vinegar put the dry chilly
previously removed the seeds
blend it using a little bit of this water
in a pan fry the chilly mixture
add the chicken and leave it for some hours to let it marinated
use the mixiote leaves to wrap it and set it ready to put in a big pot with water under to let it cook by steam
if it's chicken 1 hour
if it's beef 2 hours
