1 oz - Ciroc VS
1 oz - Homemade Caramel Mocha Syrup
1/2 oz - Disaronno
1/2 oz - Heavy Cream

Blend with ice, pour slush into shaker shake with 1 oz Whole Milk. Fill Collin's glass with ice. Strain mix into Collin's glass and top with foam from shaker. Garnish with cinnamon and bitters.
