good afterevening My name is mike I am in my mid 20s i have had a roller coaster of a ride in life currently hitting a vertical drop, after emerging from the underside of darkness. MMA i have done MMA for about 5 years now in all aspects of the sport boxing (I did this for a few years as a kid), thiaboxing, wrestling (my least favourite aspect) and BJJ . The gym i train at is 10th planet jiu jitsu Birmingham we have had seminars from world class coaches and fighters alike. 2x former UFC heavyweight champ Frank Mir the most recent seminar at the gym witch is yet to happen the picture posts are of some that i have attended
