    How will the bip148 thing effect bitcoin? will it more likely bring the price down or up?

    on the other hand i don't really like to wait for it to buy, cause during that time i assume there are 2 blockchains the non-bip148 and the bip148, if you get your stuff on the wrong one only you're screwed right?

    I think if u split the risk a bit: put a few on each exchange, the big exchanges have a say in this decision universe. The miners and exchanges are the key. Everyone else is influencer.
