There is nothing that turns me off quicker than a app that requires you to save the world before bedtime in order to get a small reward. There are many rewards apps and websites out there with great rewards, but they are not worth the trouble. I added an app list on one of my other post to help you sift through the time wasters.
I will be testing new apps and websites, and will be posting my results soon. How long it takes to cash out is a big factor when I am looking for money making apps and websites. It is just part of the grind.
