I just wanted to share this ad for an ICO I saw on Facebook. Yes, I still use Facebook, don't judge me.
Whenever you read the sentence "without investment loss","zero-risk" or any other statement saying you will not incur any form of loss it is best to run away from that investment. There is no legitimate investment instrument that provides zero risks.
Why is there always a risk? Because the world is full of uncertainties. Stocks, for example, are subject to several risks. These include but are not limited to:
a) Legal risk - arising from new laws or tax guidelines that could affect the company's business
b) Fraud risk - the risk that the FS is fraudulent
c) Competitive risk - risk that a competitor will drive the business bankrupt
d) Management risk - risk that the management and BOD will run the company with their ass
e) Economic risk - recession or global events that adversely affect a company
There is a risk in everything. Even the simple act of riding a taxi has risks. The risk that you forgot your wallet and have no way to pay him, the risk that he will kidnap you, the risk that he doesn't understand English and now you're fucked, etc.
I've looked into them. They seem sincere about their project, but some weird feeling that it will either fail or is a pyramid scheme. Keep an eye out for them they are a Kickstarter clone.
