Yes, but unlikely. Everyone says shareholder value but....management sees mangement value first.

Agreed, but they aren't doing a horrible job in using funds to pay back their smallish debt and do some M&A/ capital spending so long as they maintain/grow the div. Good play here. Note that this is the top fundamentals play on Trefis (for whatever that is worth).
