In this post Im going to share you some habits which is done by the successful people in their daily morning routine.
No.01. Meditation: You have to calm your mind and be silent. So you can control your thoughts and decision in your daily life. If you control your mind then you are already in the path of success.
Meditation for beginner : Sit in a quite place and set a timer for 5 minutes. And then just focus on your breathing and dont think. But you got many thoughts in your mind. You will notice that you may start to feel some anxiety. Let it go.
No.02. Affirmation: You just have to write about your ideal life on paper everyday. And you have to follow your affirmation to achieve your goal. So after writing you have to read it with full of emotion and mentally. After meditation you can read it loudly.
No.03. Visualisation: It means that you have to think about your future life that you want to achieve one day. Make a video of this on your mind and play it on your mind and think like you are living that life already.
Because of this you will get positive vibes to face all your problems. And it makes you to work on your dreams.
No.04. Exercise: This is the basic thing that all should know. If you do exercise then your blood pump nicely and you got sharp concentration power to focus on your goal. Exercise makes you healthy and alert.
No.05. Reading: We all have to read book because of this our minds get refresh on morning so it will work good whole day. Reading in morning is lot like taking a shower. And dont read any negative news and all. Try to read a motivation book or inspiring book.
No.06. Scribing: This is basically to keep a journal. Take a few minute to write about yourself. Like, how you fell and what's my weak and strength point. And i make a to-do-list so It gives me a road to my map for whole day.
Many people after following this step they become successful. They earn good money and happy with their health and relationship.
