    Correct me if I'm assuming too much, but it seems what you're describing here is mandatory RFID chipping of the population within a 5-year time frame. How would this be achieved? There's bound to be heavy resistance to this, not least of all from fundamentalist Christians opposed to taking "the mark". It could easily be implemented in an authoritarian state like China, but how could it be politically feasible in the United States?
