You like gambling with cryptocurrencies? Or you rather call yourself an established investor? Either way lets jump into my another speculative post about alt-currencies. I'll try not to pay attention towards my "gambling problems" as far Poloniex goes, but beside STEEM there have been 2 very little spoken of altcoins that have been under everybody's radar (or well, there's actually way too many altcoins to keep track of them all!), which I'd like to point out.

STEEM

Value:

Priced at $0.720263 per coin STEEM provides value by truly adding value to the world and attempting a revolution on the social media as we know it. I could talk more, but since we're all here I don't find it too necessery to go into depth.

Trend:

While STEEM jumped high on July it has been declining fast... untill now. Right now it's back on a rise. Refer to my profile for proof.

Conclusion:

There's definitely money to be made here, but do not think that this is instant riches.

TRUMP

Value:

Trumpcoin is a gimmick that stands at $0.053625. A meme. A literal meme-coin that's mainly promoted by 4chan and Reddit and its "value" lies in supporting Trump campaign.

Trend:

It had a huge peek in June, but after that it has been surprisingly stable, even slightly growing upwards. That's because the elections aren't over yet, there's no future after elections for this coin.

Conclusion:

This coin already made his investors back TENFOLD in June and it doesn't require much genius to see this getting more popular as elections near by, Trumpcoin has extremely active supporters and is getting namedropped by news every now and then. The supporters motive is to pump-and-dump in memory of another past memecoin "ronpaulcoin" which also made a lot of profit to it's investors. Buy in now and sell a day before elections if you think Trump is going to lose or buy now and sell after Trump gets elected (if) and watch the coin for a very short time skyrocket. Donald Trump has officially mentioned this coin in public news, my conclusion is that it's a quick and good investment, no matter how funny it is to invest in a literal meme.

KOBO

Value:

Kobocoin stands at $0.001523 being the least worth coin, but that is interesting to note that it has already grown x10 so even in small volumes this was a profitable coin. Kobocoin hopes to add value by integrating cryptocurrencies into African financial sector, unfortunately I'm not very up to news with the current position, but I heard they're in process of signing some huge financial contracts in Africa as it's in desperate need of decentralyzed monetary system and Africa's economy is growing fast.

Trend:

This coin has been fairly unstable and is on a recent downfall.

Conclusion:

Too risky. There's intel to be found on bitcointalk's kobocoin thread, but seems like a 1-man-project, which will be hard to control, I'd stick away from this.
