A mortgage for about $1.6 million. You could buy an entire block where I live and have no neighbors!

    At that price point buying is an option here as well. Although you won't get an entire block anywhere, it ranges between a nice 2 bedroom apartment and a multi family townhouse with a few apartments depending on the location.
