The millionaire next door:Thomas J Stanley and William D Danko
Secrets of the millionaire mind:T Harv Eker
Multiple streams of income: Robert G Allen

There are another great books out there these were just my favorite.
P.S. I find these books at Thrift shops like goodwill for $2.00 and pass them out to people.
