  1. REITs
  2. Gold

It is not shocking that Real Estate is the #1 Investment due to the fact that REITS are in a price Bubble.
But it is shocking that Gold is the #2 Investment. Gold is the most undervalued Asset in the world. The Central Bank's have used Futures/Derivatives price suppression for the last 43 years. Yet, Gold continues to challenge the Fiat Currency System.

So what is the best investment for the next 20 years? I think the choice is Obvious.
