Correcting to fair market value is music to my ears. I'm taking care of me and mine and hoping this would just happen already so we can begin to rebuild. Because we are going to and sooner or later the banks, what's left of them after this, will have to sell all those houses that have been stolen from the people by all nefarious means. The fair market value will begin the rebuilding process for many. Thank you for your voice
